Veteran Fashion designer Manish Malhotra says Kiara and Kartik were the best choice for his younger collection.
Kiara Advani and Kartik Aaryan walked for Manish Malhotra’s new festive Collection on Thursday in Mumbai.
When talking about the new designs and his the reason for choosing the showstoppers, Malhotra said, “It is very important that we keep doing something new and different. And today’s show was very interactive. With a small group of people, we had people who were actually interested in the designs and clothes. And since it was a younger collection I couldn’t think of any other beautiful good actors.”
Kiara when talking about walking for Manish said, “Whenever I wear Manish’s clothes you just feel special. He is modest and wont accept it but it is the Manish Malhotra effect tonight.”
Kartik also shared his experience of work with Manish for the second time now, he said “This feels like an honour to me when I first walked for Manish it was like ticking off entries on my checklist. walking for him, with him and wearing his clothes. It was a great experience.”
Kartik and Kiara walked together for the first time as show stoppers.
Kiara will be seen in Kabir Singh along side Shahid Kapoor where as, Kartik was last seen in ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ in 2017 and is currently shooting for Luka Chuppi with Kriti Sanon.
