Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan managed to catch up on the web-series “The Test Case” and was totally floored by it. He is all praises for director Vinay Waikul and Nimrat Kaur along with the entire cast.
Aamir Khan took to Twitter to express his appreciation for the web-series. He wrote, “Just finished watching web-series called ‘The Test Case’. Really enjoyed it. Really liked the work of Vinay Waikul who directed all but one of the episodes. Loved the performances. Nimrat and the entire cast has done a wonderful job. Ekta Kapoor’s The Test Case starring Nimrat Kaur, Atul Kulkarni, and Rahul Dev has been one of the most appreciated web-shows of recent times. The Lunchbox actress delivered a power-packed performance as a lady officer who goes into combat.
On the work front, Aamir Khan is currently busy with Thugs Of Hindostan, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
The film’s plot is based on Philip Meadows Taylor’s 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug, about a thug (also known as a thuggee) called Ameer Ali, whose gang of thugs posed a serious challenge to the British Empire in India (then known as Hindustan or Hindostan) during the early 19th century. The film tells a fictional story set between 1790 and 1805.
Yash Raj Films banner is helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. The film is slated for 7 November 2018 release.
