The actor took to Instagram to reveal the same. He wrote: “Keep an eye out. Coming soon”
The actor Shahid can be seen holding an artificial eye close to his right eye. Next, to him, we see a hand holding a box of artificial eyes in a Madame Tussauds box.
On the work front, Shahid has Batti Gul Meter Chalu and the Hindi remake of Telugu hit Arjun Reddy.
Batti Gul Meter Chalu is an upcoming social drama directed by Shree Narayan Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar Nishant Pitti. The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam in the lead roles.
Like Shree Narayan Singh’s 2017 film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, this upcoming film, too, deals with a social issue. Quite evident from the film’s title, it will explore the menace of electricity shortage and faulty billing, especially in the rural parts of India. Yami Gautam essays the role of a lawyer in the film.
As for Arjun Reddy remake, Shahid, who will step into the shoes of Telugu actor Vijay Deverakonda for the emotional drama!
