Sooraj Pancholi is certainly one of the fittest actors of his generation and those who know him swear by his fitness regime and his passion towards being fit and leading a healthy life.
The fitness freak who has started work on Faruk Kabir’s next directorial venture will be seen sporting a certain look in the action-romance film for which he has already started his preparation. Prepping up, the actor is undergoing rigorous boot camp fitness training.
For those who may not know, boot camp training is a type of group training session, which is done in open spaces, and held by personal trainers and former military personnel. It’s a form of workout, which is done by the military officials.
Interestingly, the training that Sooraj is undergoing is the same which Hollywood star Brad Pitt had done for his movie, Fury (2014).
Sooraj says, “I have already started my training. It’s been nearly a week now. It will be a very lean look but at the same time strong. I love shocking my body with different kind of workouts. I also take care of my eating habits. It’s fun to try new fitness regimes all the time.”
Sooraj informed that he will soon start shooting for the film, which requires him to do several action scenes. “I have got a new trainer, who is well-known for boot camp training. But I also continue to work out with my regular trainer. I’m doing boot camp training only thrice a week. It’s a very tough form of exercise.”
“Fitness is my passion. Whenever I get time, I work out twice a day. At times, I work out with different trainers. I do weight training and cardio circuit. Also, I intend to take it further and do a lot of stuff — maybe launching an app and a fitness related project along with my sister Sana (Pancholi),” he adds.
