Amit Sadh who appeared in ‘Gold‘ says we all need to take onus of our city only then there will be a change

Actor Amit was spotted at a beach in Mumbai contributing to the beach cleaning campaign.

Talking about his contribution to the beach cleaning campaign, Amit said, “I think today’s heroes are the kids who have come from schools and colleges and set such a big example that they want to keep the city clean. I am very proud of them and glad I could come here and show support, add to their enthusiasm and help. But this has to pass on to every individual , not just kids or colleges.

We all have to take onus of our city, our beach, our country and till the time we don’t start thinking like that there wont be a change.”

Sadh continued to say we have to think back to what the school taught us to move forward towards a clean country in our mind. “Its amazing that these kids woke up at 3:30 and came here to clean the beach but they cant do it everyday. So every individual in our country has to take onus, this is our home and until you have that feeling of ownership and responsibility we wont clean our country. Everyone knows what to do, where to go, if only you would think back to what your teachers taught you in school.”

Amith was last seen in the sports drama, ‘Gold’ directed by Reema Kagti while his next project is ‘India Strikes: 10 Days’, direct Raj Acharya and will be shot in Kashmir and Mumbai.
