Roopal Tyagi, best known as Gunjan from Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, was approached to participate in dance reality show Nach Baliye 6 but says she had to turn it down as she doesn’t have a partner.
Nach Baliye is a dance reality show where real life celebrity couples battle it out to win the trophy.
I would love to be a part of a reality show. It was just two days back that I was approached to participate in ‘Nach Baliye’, but since I don’t have a baliye (partner) I refused to participate.
The sixth season of Nach Baliye will go on air later this year. It will be judged by actress Shilpa Shetty, Sajid Khan and Terence Lewis.
Others who have been reportedly approached for the show include Mohit Raina, Vivian D’sena, Nakuul Mehta, Indo-Canadian actress Sunny Leone, chef Kunal Kapoor, ‘Masterchef India 2’ winner Ripudaman Handa, former Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Rakesh Bapat, Ashutosh Rana along with their spouses or partners.
Jay Bhanushali and Mahii Vij won the last season of Nach Baliye, which ended earlier this year. The show is aired on Star Plus.
