March 31, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):Hiten Tejwani, who has made his comeback in small screen industry after a break and was last seen in ‘Palampur Express’. He is now back as a stranger in Dev and Radhika’s life. The actor has quite a fan following who wanted to see him as a regular character on the show and thus they might be some how disappointed as the guy is seen very rarely in the show due to his character.

We called Hiten Tejwani and he cleared, “Actually, the story of ‘Chhoti bahu’ is about the family and as I am not a family member, my character is not seen on screen regularly. I have just come as a stranger and have entered Rajpurohit family as Dev’s (Avinash Sachdev) friend.”
When will your track start on the show and will you be seen in the serial on daily basis? “Well, now days Vishakha’s track is on fire and my role has taken a back seat because two high tracks cannot run simultaneously. So after Vishakha’s track, Mr. Stranger will soon surface again in lives of Dev and Radhika (Rubina Diliak) and then I will be hopefully shooting daily (Laughs),” signs off in a hurry as he was on the way to a shoot.
Looks like we’ll see more of Hiten on ‘Chhoti Bahu’ after the break!
