Aditi Rao Hydari who was last seen in a strong role portraying a victim of crime against women in ‘Bhoomi‘ now takes another step to provide awareness and support for the cause of women safety.
With daunting statistics of women murdered and victims of women trafficking and rape, crime against women is a grave problem that plagues the country.
Says Aditi, “Women safety has always been a serious concern in our country and it’s something I feel extremely strongly about. I look forward to interacting with the girls and discussing an issue that is truly the need of the hour.”
Aditi Rao Hydari has always been associated with causes related to women empowerment and feminism, will be addressing the issue of women safety at a girl’s college in Lucknow. The gorgeous actress has been invited as a chief speaker to the college in the city of Nawaabs, on the occasion of their annual gala, next year.
Aditi will be seen in ‘Padmavati’ directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali opposite Ranveer Singh.
