Alia Bhatt has been making headlines lately for her recent investments in Mumbai’s real estate market. According to reports, Alia’s production house, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd, has purchased multiple homes in Bandra in the month of April.
Among them is a spacious 2,497 sq ft apartment in Bandra West worth Rs 37.80 crore. The new property is located in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill and was registered on April 10, 2023, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore.
In addition to this, Alia gifted two apartments to her sister Shaheen Mahesh Bhatt worth Rs 7.68 crore. The flats are located in Gigi Apartments in Juhu and spread across 2,086.75 sq ft. The transaction was completed on April 10, and Alia had to pay a stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakh for the same.
Alia currently resides with her husband Ranbir Kapoor at Vastu, Pali Hill, Bandra. The couple recently tied the knot and hosted their post-wedding bash in their balcony. They are reportedly supervising the construction of their eight-story dream home at the Krishna Raj Bungalow’s construction site.
