Poonam Pandey and Urvashi Rautela attended celebrations of Andheri cha Raja Ganapati Festival on Monday in Mumbai. While interacting with media, Poonam Pandey stated that Baba’s who does criminal activities are not god’s people instead of that they are fraud people.
Yesterday, Flashy guru Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, the chief of Dera Sacha Sauda , was charged with rape by a CBI court and on Monday, sentenced to 20 years in jail, reacting to his sentence, Poonam said, “Why are people calling him Baba? From which angle you feel that he is a Baba. He is a rapist but we encourage such people calling them Baba or god’s people but unfortunately they are fraud people. The way he has given sentence of 20 years, entire country is happy including me because being a girl, I am proud to say that everyone is equal in this country which is really satisfying thing”
Talking about visiting Andheri cha Raja Ganesh festival, she said, “this year, I hosted 1.5 days of Ganapati at my home and now I am here to take blessings of Andheri cha Raja. Year 2017 has been really good for me. Recently, I have completed shooting of Bollywood movie and a music video so I just came here to thank Bappa for all this and trailer of my upcoming film will also release very soon”
Urvashi also talked about celebration at Andheri cha Raja Ganesh festival, she said, “I always like to visit Andhericha Rja and Lal Baug cha Raja. I really like this festival and I love Ganapati. I have come here just to thank him. I feel we should celebrate this festival properly and may lord Ganesha bless all of us and bring happiness, peace and prosperity in our life.”
Poonam last featured in a special song in the film Aa Gaya Hero and Urvashi last seen in ‘Haseeno ka Deewana ka song in Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil.
