Ekta Kapoor seems to be interested in making a gangster movie which is nothing like the earlier films. Milan Luthria has taken the responsibility to do it for her. The film, which is most probably star Sanjay Dutt, will be unique in theme and treatment. Luthria seems to be quite at wit’s end to venture out t this field that has been explored by the types of Mahesh Bhatt and Ram Gopal Verma types.
The Taxi No 9211 and Kachche Dhaage director wishes to base the film on the underworld in the 1980s. He wants to put all fresh ideas and tell a powerful story set in a gloomy setting. Knowing Ekta, it is not unknown that it will be pretty difficult to please her, so let’s watch and see what Luthria has in his bag to show us.
