SARJAN ANNUAL AWARD FUNCTION (SAAF) 2018, was held in Hongkong on 16th June 2018, where Harshavardhan Kapoor, Malaika Arora Khan, Manish Paul, Harbhajan Singh, Krushna Abhishek and others received Awards in various categories.
Malaika Arora who was honored at the event said “I am really happy to be here in Hong Kong and feel honored to receive the Sarjan Diva award and be facilitated by Hong Kong government dignitaries. Everyone feels great when awarded as it is a way of appreciating someone’s talent and presence. So thank you so much and I wish them all the very best for future endeavours.”
Sarjan Group is a social non-profit organization that established in Hong Kong in 2005. Sarjan held its 12th Sarjan Annual Award Function on Saturday. It is one of the largest award event among the diamantaires in Hong Kong and witnessed the presence of many bureaucrats and celebrities from Hong Kong and India respectively attending the event.
Anil Kapoor‘s son Harshvardhan Kapoor was also present at the event said, “I am really honoured to receive this award. I haven’t spend time much in Hong Kong before, so I am really excited to meet everyone and happy to be here.” The actor recently released his superhero film Bhavesh Joshi which is being appreciated by fans and critics alike.
A generous donation was also given to the Hong Kong Police Welfare Fund for the efforts and service of our police officers. Sarjan also donated 700 foots to Jaipur Foots by an auction at SAAF awards
“I remember Sarjan Group started with only 20 members in 2005 and today we have over 600 members in our community. We have gained support and appreciation from various government bodies locally and in India. It’s a very proud moment for us to see the positive transformation of this group for over a decade,” said Mr. Rashmikant Donda, President of Sarjan Group.
