Filmmaker Punit Malhotra along with the entire ensemble of SOTY 2 – Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria has resumed shooting for the film.
First Student of the year launched three massive faces in Bollywood – Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, and now the second installment will bring Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria on the silver screen. The team is back on sets to resume the shooting for the film, confirms the filmmaker Punit Malhotra on his social media profile.
Punit shared a candid still from the sets on his social media profile and captioned it, “Back on set…#Student2 @tigerjackieshroff @tarasutaria__ @ananyapanday”
In the photo, Ananya and Tara are seen sitting on the left and right side of Tiger as the trio indulges in a candid conversation.
SOTY -2 marks the debut of Chunky Panday’s daughter Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, who are all set to burst into the movie scene with their glamorous avatars. The film is produced by Karan Johar‘s Dharma Productions.
The movie is being shot in the exotic locales of Dehradun, Mussoorie and Rishikesh as well as in Mumbai and Pune. The cast will be shooting for a song and will be having a month long schedule in Pune.
Student of the Year 2 is slated to release on November 23, 2018.
