Aleeza Khan Returns to Zee TV with High Praise for Co-star Shabir Ahluwalia

Aleeza Khan celebrates her Zee TV return, highlighting Shabir Ahluwalia's vibrant presence and detailing her role as the fearless lawyer Devika.

After a hiatus of six years, talented actress marks her return to Zee TV with the gripping drama ‘‘. In a candid conversation about her new role and her interactions with the show’s cast, Aleeza heaped praises on lead actor Shabir Ahluwalia, describing him as the ‘heart and soul’ of the set owing to the positive aura and warmth he constantly exudes.

Aleeza’s journey with Zee TV began with the acclaimed show ‘Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann’, followed by a memorable stint in ‘Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani’. Now, her enthusiastic re-entry with ‘Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan’ in the role of the intrepid lawyer Devika, has her fans equally thrilled.

Describing her character, she stated, “Devika isn’t just a lawyer. She’s a beacon of strength and fearlessness, fiercely dedicated to ensuring justice prevails. Her unwavering resolve mirrors my own personal traits of being direct, autonomous, and ever willing to champion the causes of my loved ones.”

The contemporary romantic tale, set against the backdrop of Vrindavan, showcases intricate dynamics between characters like Mohan (essayed by Shabir Ahluwalia), Radha (Neeharika Roy), and Damini (Sambhabana Mohanty).

Recent episodes had the audience at the edge of their seats as Mohan passionately declared his feelings for Radha during her incarceration. As the plot thickens, Mohan’s determination to reveal Damini’s malevolent past, concerning his late wife Tulsi (played by Kirti Nagpure), emerges as a key narrative.

With Aleeza’s entry as the formidable lawyer Devika, the drama intensifies. Devika, a respected criminal attorney, also has history with Damini, Mohan, and Tulsi from their college days. As Damini seeks Devika’s legal expertise against Radha, the plot promises more twists, especially given Devika’s intent to punish the perpetrator, having had a close bond with Tulsi.
