Katrina Kaif spends time with the Jawans at the Navashera border

Katrina Kaif is a complete adventure junkie and was ecstatic to get an invitation to Naushera for the Independence special edition of Jai Jawan. Bollywood’s leading actress took time out from her hectic professional schedule and traveled to Naushera,situated in the heart of Soon Valley ,130kms away from Jammu to spend time with our Jawans.

Very kicked about going through the army drill ,Katrina dressed in the military get up participated in various activities including firing an AK 56 rifle and playing Tug of War and Volley Ball with the jawans much to their delight.

After leisurely enjoying a ride on the army bike and watching Bofors gun work ,she sat to mingle with the soldiers and their families minus any starry airs.
