Preeti Jhangiani, Natasha Suri at Jaihind College’s Alumni Meet

(Photos) Jai, Jai, “Jai Hind”. The Jai Hind Alumni Meet was celebrated with great fanfare and style amidst the presence of illustrious ex – students & celebrities at NCPA on 8th March 2008. There were scintillating performances by Sanjay Maroo and Tina and Hussain. But it was the rendition of “Power Of Love” by Sarosh that received an encore. Mr. Shivdasani of Jai Hind College bid a fervent and ardent appeal to everybody present to make the alumni grow by enrolling more members. Illustrious ex – students were acknowledged for their outstanding performances and for being torch – bearers of Jai Hind College.

Dr. Rishma and Hrishikesh Pai received their award at the hands of Shri Jayant Patil, Honorable Finance Minister, Government of Maharashtra. The glamour quotient was also not too far behind with Natasha Suri also being honored by Mr. Keswani (President of Trident Hotels and the Oberoi – Mumbai). Ajay Piramal, President, Jai Hind Alumni Association, lauded the efforts of the college in providing the right guidance and value system to students which went beyond scores and marks. Also present on this special occasion were Indu Sahani, Ramesh Taurani, Nirmal and Chhaya Momaya, Manju Nichhani, Preeti Jhangiani and many others.
