10th August 2011- Renowned Indian pop singer, actress, model, television anchor and former MTV VJ Raageshwari Loomba and Chef Ian Kittichai hosted the Chef’s table at Koh at InterContinental Marine Drive, Mumbai’s very own signature Thai Restaurant to celebrate Koh’s one year anniversary.
Present amongst the intimate gathering were Mr Raju Hirani, Mr Abhijat Joshi (co writer with Raju Hirani on Munna bhai & 3 idiots), Ms Pooja Bedi,Ms Parveen Dusanj, Mr & Mrs Yoruk (Council General of Turkey),Mr Tilok Loomba and Mr Rishabh Loomba.
Chef Ian Kittichai with his expert culinary team assembled a special 5 course meal which comprised of a unique assortment of Thai appetizers, main course, desserts et al. A few dishes on the menu were smoked salmon ceviche, arabian sea lobster with thai turmeric, tom yum spiced lava stone rice and for dessert Chef Ian Kittichai’s very own signature three dessert sampler.
The guests seemed to be having a good time as they interacted with Chef Ian Kittichai getting to know about his culinary secrets.
The evening was one lit up by appetizing delicacies and intelligent conversation.
