Producer Rajan Shahi who had brought a turn around in the TV industry with two successful shows Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai and Yeh Ristha Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus is coming out with two new shows named Amrit Manthan on Life Ok and Jamuna Paar on Imagine TV. His three shows are on air – Kuch Toh Log Kahege on Sony, Hawan on Colors and Yeh.
Ristha Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus and all shows have their unique content and are talked about for novelty the factor.
On the launch of Jamuna Paar Rajan Shahi organized a get together no the set at Andheri (East) on 27th February.
On being asked how does he feel on two shows being launched back to back he says, “ I am proud and happy with the company launching two shows which are diametrically different from each other and the credit goes to entire creative team of Directors Kut Production. Speaknig about Jamuna Paar he said, ” The show has the authentic flavour of Delhi. Rajan Shahi says, “ I am happy paying tribute to my hometown Delhi with my career in Mumbai. The show traces the love story of Vidhi – a talented, yet shy, behind-the-scenes fashion designer, and Bijju – a free spirited, carefree yet very talented boy who is part of his family business of weaving”.
Everyone watched the first episode together which was followed by cake cutting and dinner. The cast and crew let their hair down on the dance floor. People present- Rajan Shahi, Hina Khan, Sara Khan, Pooja Joshi, Naveen Saini, Ankur Verma, Vidhi Parekh, Amit Nagia, Sunita, Alisha, Lataa Seth and Tanya Abrol.
Tit bits- Sara Khan was the first one to arrive and she kept a happy disposition throughout the evening and cut the cake along with Rajan Shahi. Hina Khan came in late as she came from shoot directly and danced as if there is no tomorrow. Lataa Seth was seen bonding with Pooja Joshi and Sunita. Ankur Verma and Vidhi Parekh were excited on their big day and were seen dancing together. Kinshuk Mahajan and Angad Hasija couldn’t make it due to their respective shoots. Sara Khan was spotted talking to the newcomer Vidhi and wishing her all the best
Vidhi Parekh was happy to meet Hina Khan and was blushing at every compliment. Amita Nagia came in timely and was seen bonding with co-actor Alisha . Rajan Shahi was for a change seen on the dance floor too along with Hina. Naveen Saini came in solo and showed his dancing skills on the dance floor. Tanya Abrol came in last and was heard talking about SRK and Chake De days.
