A charity event held successfully in Chandigarh on February 20,2010 Saturday. Bollywood and T.V. celebrities played a charity hockey match at chandigarh on Saturday evening – minus the Indian hockey team against which the game was originally scheduled. Bollywood stars including Sunil Shetty , Irfan Khan, Manav Gohil, Shawar Ali, Zulfi Syed, Jatin Grewal, Varun, Jai Bhanushali played the hockey Match against the Boxy Boys team of TV star.Sunil Shetty says,”The good deed must go on.” All the stands were jame-packed with spectators.
CMD of AMR Foundation Mr A Mahesh Reddy says, “We are organizing first time this type of events for sports. We had come here (Chandigarh ) all the way from Hydrabad to support our national game. Our emotions and cause was well accepted very warmly by all for which we would always be thankful and we are happy that the show was a great success, all good. Thanks to Govt. police, media and chandigarh people. We thanks local Jockey team as well as finally it was hockey’s victory, thank you India , now go and get the world cup wishing the Indian team all the very best, god bless.”
But after that we will try to do for various types of game to supports sports .Punjab Govt. give us supports therefore we are organizing this events in Chandigarh. But after that we will try to places like Mumbai, Chennai , Delhi etc.

The family members of CMD of AMR Constructions Limited Mr A Mahesh Reddy have established a Trust called “AMR Foundation” with laudable aim of social service, community services and also religious services. Its nearly 3 years old. The foundation also extended financial support to lot of needy students in pursuing their studies. It also provided medical expenses to the poor and needy patients. The trust also donated an ambulance to EMRI (108) services in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. The charitable activities of foundation in various areas are a continuous process and the foundation intends to increase the activities in future.
