Tannishtha had to put on weight for her forthcoming film ‘Dekh Indian Circus’, As she is playing a mother of two young children from a small village of Rajasthan. Tannishtha recalls “i really had to hog a lot to gain some weight as my character required to look like a mother.

I was very skinny before that shoot due to my regular workouts and Yoga, but then i realised that my shape wouldn’t justify my role in the Film, so i started eating everything for which i had restricted myself, like chocolates deserts and all my favorite cusines, it took me almost a month to gain some more kilos”.
According to source,” when Tannishtha started shooting for Dekh Indian Circus ,after finishing up with her first sequence from the movie ,she went and looked in to the monitor just to check if her look, justifies the character in the film and while she was peeping in the monitor, Director Mangesh Hadawale noticed it and told her that her hard work has paid off her change shows on screen and justifies the role”.
