Get set to witness Glamour, Fashion, Racing – McDowell Signature Premier Indian Derby 2013 is here. India’s most glamorous racing event for those celebrating power and success on February 2 & 3 at the Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai – Mumbai, February 2, 2013 – The most awaited McDowell Signature Premier Indian Derby is back again this year with high stakes, glitz and glamour. India’s most sought after racing event will see the crème-de- la-crème of the city soak up in the fervor of the game on February 2 and 3 at the Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai.

McDowell Signature Premier Indian Derby 2013 will feature a host of fun-filled and breath-taking performances by celebrated and renowned artists that will surely pump up your adrenaline. Scott Barnes, the coveted international make-up artist will create his signature look ‘The Glow’ on Indian skin tone and showcase interesting makeovers. His work with Jennifer Lopez gave birth to the monochromatic look featuring bronzed skin and pale lips which got him much critical acclaim.

Also known as ‘The’ fashion destination, designers Rocky S & Pria Kataaria will be showcasing their uber-stylish line during this weekend extravaganza. On February 2nd, 2013, Pria Kataaria Puri will be displaying her ‘Red Carpet collection’ and on February 3rd, 2013, Rocky S will be showcasing his extravagant chic collection with Romance combined with sex appeal in harmony with a sparkling touch of glamour giving it a very high fashion look. The colors of mystery, beige, old rose, ivory, pistachio perfectly blended with Rocky’s signature color Black add ultra Zinc to the collection. Some of the showstoppers would be Poonam Pandey, Bruna Abdullah, Deepti Gujral, Lakshmi Ranaa and many more.

Also performing would be the ‘Blade Babes’, a glamorous trio of female martial art experts demonstrating their skills with live weapons in an acrobatic style. Blade Babes show dynamic female physicality through a new vision of martial arts. It features champion martial artists, Cecily Fay, Zara Phythian, and Helen Bailey. Also featured is “So you think you can dance” finalist Lizzie Gough.

Jinjo Crew, an innovative dance group will also be performing at the McDowell Signature Premier Indian Derby 2013. They are a South Korean dancing sensation group known for their B-boying and hip hop moves.
Not leaving the musical aspect far behind, the Bangalore based band ‘One Nite Stand’ will enthrall the audience with their music. Known for their lively and energetic performances, this is a band that is now recognized as one of Bangalore’s most touted young bands. The band comprises Behram (Vocals/Bass Guitar), Hemanth (Guitars), Neville (Piano) and Abhilash (Drums). The after-effect of most shows is usually a number of encores, resulting in a One Nite Stand that’s totally worth it. They also have plenty of surprises up their sleeves especially for the McDowell’s Signature Premier Indian Derby 2013.
