PINK CHAIN
Pink chain is an outcome of inner turmoil of an oncologist who is concerned about the mortality regarding breast cancer. He deliberated the reason behind various outcome of patients suffering from same cancer. Ultimately he deduced the fact that the survival for more than 15-20 years or for only 6 months depends on “SELF-CARE and AWARENESS” regarding breast cancer. A little ignorance can do unimaginable damage and can cost the loss of human life. So, he decided to take a step ahead and to plan to do something regarding this severe disease, CANCER.
Finally, he made a movie “PINK CHAIN” that unveiled the reality of an Indian woman who was diagnosed with breast cancer. The documentary drama contains all of the psychological, familial and other issues related to disease. It incorporates her sentiments and the way she fights with this dreaded disease and spread the message among others to practice self-care; starting from her own daughter so that right action can be taken on time.
