Shama Sikander features in a music video with boyfreind Alexx O neil

The trend of featuring in music video is nothing new for actors. But to feature in a song written, sung and composed by your boyfriend is something unique and has emotional value as well for the actors involved. Shama Sikander and her boyfriend of two years Alexx Onell recently shot for a music video for the English album produced by Shama and sung written and composed by Alexx.

Shama confirms, “ The idea to come up with music video was always there. It’s a romantic sad song about lost love and one of my favourite out of the fifty songs that he has composed so far. It’s the first time we have featured together so there is novelty. I was comfortable shooting with him and shots were quite romantic and sensual. The song’s title is “Still on the mind” and has lot of pain too and I feel people connect with pain faster. I myself styled the look of the video. Alexx’s Music is beautiful, his lyrics and voice touches the heart and all our friends who have heard him sing have encouraged the idea of coming up with an album especially keeping international market in mind. I have been busy with my TV soap Baal Veer but took out time to shoot for the video. Those who have seen the rushes loved the video”. Well Shama when both the lovers are in the same profession it’s surely an icing on the cake to work together and hope you get offers to do reality show together!
