Mumbai, July 8, 2011: The 20 Finalists of Wadhawan Lifestyle I Am She 2011 gave an insight to their intensive training programme today at Trident, BKC as they engaged in dance, fitness, make-up, haircare and skincare and food sessions. Present at the occasion were associated experts such as choreographer Lubna Adam, dance experts Sandip Soparrkar & Jesse Randhawa, nutritionist Pooja Makhija, fitness experts Nupur Shikhare & Israar Khan, make-up experts Rayed & Cherag, fashion stylist Rajat Tangri and photographer Joy Datta who gave a professional touch to the entire event as they spoke on the importance of the training phase before a pageant.

Also present at the occasion was special international guest, David Klein, Senior Director of New York Film Academy who gave the finalists some film related insights and guidance.

From proficient ramp walking to modern dance moves to vigorous fitness to skin polishing to herbal hair care to sun kissed make-up to high fashion styling, the eventful day captured every aspect of the vital transformation of a beauty queen – from plain jane to a sassy diva.

The highlight of the afternoon was an informative session with the chef of Trident BKC, Anuraag Narsingani left no stone unturned and ensured that the finalists are served the best of the best at every meal for the duration of the grooming session. Recognized for his culinary expertise and passion for fresh produce, he served exotic sushi amongst other delectable dishes for the media to sample. Displaying the hospitality and warmth that the Trident BKC is known for, the chef invited the finalists to his kitchen, a privilege few enjoy, and gave them a crash course in cooking!
