13/Jul/2023 – Samantha Ruth Prabhu Concludes Filming for ‘Citadel’ Amidst Health Hiatus
Samantha Ruth Prabhu, a renowned actress, has finished filming for the Indian version of ‘Citadel’ amidst reports of her taking a year-long hiatus to focus on her health. She shared the news of the completion of the shoot on Instagram, along with a selfie.
The Indian adaptation of ‘Citadel’ is under the direction of Raj and DK, featuring Varun Dhawan and Sikander Kher alongside Samantha.
On Instagram, Samantha shared a selfie, smiling at the camera, and captioned it, “13th of July will always be a special special day. And it’s a wrap on #CitadelIndia.”

Samantha has been wrapping up all her outstanding projects. Just a week ago, she finished filming for her forthcoming movie, ‘Kushi’.
Media reports suggest that Samantha will be taking a break to manage her autoimmune condition, myositis.
