Esteemed actress Shabana Azmi is set to elevate the Indian flag at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM), aligning with the celebration of India’s Independence Day weekend. This prestigious flag-raising event will take place on August 12 during the festival’s highly anticipated annual program, which will run from August 11 to 20.
With a blend of joy and honor, Shabana expressed her sentiments towards her participation in this monumental occasion at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. She communicated her profound gratitude for being the chosen one to hoist the Indian tricolor flag, a symbol of national pride and unity.
