Kannada actress Shruthi is one among the BJP selection list for MLC election in Karnataka. BJP has already listed their candidates for two MLC elections on 9th December 2008. Including Shruthi, BJP workers Kailash and Shrinivas Bhat are in the BJP list. The actress’ hubby director S Mahendar had contested MLA election from BJP in Kollegal Constituency. He had been defeated by Congress candidate Dhruvakumar.
