Karthi to fight 18 baddies in ‘Paiyya’

Published on

It’s not about one or two, but 18 strong baddies with whom Karthi would be involved with, in hand-to-hand combat. Trust us! Karthi’s upcoming film ‘Paiyya‘ is fast approaching the final schedule as Lingusamy himself admits that 80 percent of the filming has been completed.

According to the sources, the film is a road movie where Karthi has to save his ladylove from the clutches of ruffians. As the lead characters (Karthi and Thamannah) keep traveling across the highway, baddies from various parts of the places are set to attack Karthi, who’s actually a Chennai based gangster.

Milind Soman does the role of Mumbai based don and major portion of his dialogues would be in Hindi. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored music for the film and Lingusamy has planned to launch the film’s audio by end of October.

Buzzes are that Lingusamy may complete ‘Paiyya‘ and release it much prior to Karthi’s pending project ‘Aayirathil Oruvan‘.
