Nayanthara Refuses To Be A Part Of Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Next

Published on

October 22, 2010 : With many filmmakers and producers coming up with new avatars as actors, producer Udhayanidhi Stalin doesn’t want to be an exception. Having churned out some of the best blockbusters like ‘Aadhavan’, ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya’, ‘Madharasapattinam’ and recent release ‘Boss Engira Baskaran’, Udhayanidhi Stalin decided to make his onscreen debut as a lead. Much impressed with a comedy entertainer script narrated by Rajesh of ‘Boss Engira Baskaran’ fame, the duo started working on the project.

However finding the female lead of the film has become the toughest job for Rajesh as he didn’t find a better actress than Nayanthara. According to the sources, both producer and director were ready to hike her remuneration and yet Nayanthara didn’t agree to sign the project as she is planning to quit filmdom. Rajesh is still on the pursuit of actress while the same technical crew of ‘Boss Engira Baskaran’ will be retained for this film.

Buzzes are that Rajesh has two titles for the film to choose between – Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (one of the song’s title in Rajesh’s previous film Siva Manasula Sakthi) and Nanbenda (Punch line of Boss Engira Baskaran).

Sooner we can hear the finalized titles from this duo and the shooting will commence soon as they find the actress.
