‘Gorosthane Sabdhan’ is supposedly the last ‘Feluda’ film by Sandip Ray. He has brought back his favorite Sabyasachi Chakraborty as the detective Feluda but Parambrata Chatterjee is missing in this film. Saheb Bhattacharya replaces Param as the new face of Feluda’s right hand Topse. Bibhu Bhattacharya is enacting the role of funny man Lalmohon Ganguly aka Jatayu. Tinnu Anand also plays an important role in this latest Feluda movie.
Continuing the crime-mystery investigation journey, Sandip Ray takes you to the Gorosthan (The Graveyard). This story is quite different from other Feluda stories as this one will be based on the detective’s hometown Kolkata.
The most of other Feluda films were based outside Kolkata. Feluda along with his companions Topse and Jatayu end up visiting the grave of Thomas Godwin. However, Feluda gets suspicious when he finds the grave dug up by some miscreants. The curious man wants to know more about Godwin and studies a diary of Thomas’ daughter Charlotte. He comes to know that Thomas took a very precious clock along with him in the grave. From here, starts the real investigation of Feluda and how he solves the case.
It is yet another interesting detective film by Sandip Roy and worth watching with family!
So catch a show of the movie at a theater near you to witness how the mystery unfolds!
