Soorya injures himself

Published on

March 19, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Tall and handsome South Indian actor Sooryanarayana also known as Manoj, got injured while shooting for an action sequence. In the scene, he was supposed to be kicked by Ayesha but the kick tured real and he was left with an injured nose. He had to be given medical aid later.

Soorya shot to fame with his role in Veera Madhakari. And even though having good height is advantageous, at 6 feet 4 inches, Soorya seems to find it a disadvantage. While Soorya might not be too happy about his height, he is certainly setting some ‘high’ standards that actors like Sudeep and Darshan have to match up to.

Soorya debuted with a small role in Pallakki and shot to fame only with Veera Madhakari. He then went on to do Porkhi, Dubai Babu and Gandhedhe, which he has just finished filming. He will now be doing Kanwarlal, starring Sudeep, which is the remake of Antha (1980).
