On Monday, veteran actor Thilakan will be appearing before the executive committee of AMMA.
The meeting will be to sort out the issues he has with the Association, which includes the denial of job opportunities in the film industry.
The actor had been asked by the AMMA too appear before its disciplinary committee twice before. He had responded through his daughter and through a letter. Both times, the Association was dissatisfied by the veteran actor’s replies.
Thilakan has finally agreed to appear before AMMA because the Association stated that if he didn’t offer an explanation on Monday, it would be assumed that the actor had no issues and they would go ahead with their judgments.
Thilakan will be there to discuss his ban from the film industry and AMMA will be seeking an explanation from him for the statements that the actor issued against it.
