January 11, 2011 : Tollywood actor Uday Kiran, who had his last release in Telugu in 2008, is finally having a release in January. After Ekaloveyudu, Uday started working on Nuvvekkadunte Nenakkadunta but its release remained pending for some time. Now, the film is finally releasing in this month.
Uday, who started his career with Telugu film Chitram in 2000, made his Kollywood debut with director K. Balachandar’s Poi in 2006. He also got a hit film after a long time in the form of Tamil film Pen Singam, which was released in 2010 and starred Surya. He has given a hit film after a long time and is now getting a new release.
In Nuvvekkadunte Nenakkadunta, Uday is paired opposite actress Swetha Basu Prasad. Subha Selvam has directed the movie, in which he plays the character of guy named Hari. The makers of the film are trying their best not to make any delay in the release of it.
In a decade long career, Uday has done only three Tamil films and the rest of his films were in Telugu only. He garnered the image of a ‘lover boy’ with his first movie Chitram but did not restrict his acting skills to romantic genre only. He has also shown his action avatar in the movies Sreeram and Ekaloveyudu thus silencing his critics.
We hope, the upcoming release starts not only a decade in his career but also a new innings!
