Venkatesh Is On An Experimenting Spree

Published on

December 8, 2010 : Tollywood actor Venkatesh has tasted success playing the romantic hero in a number of Tamil films but this is the time in his career when he should be choosing only such roles which will satisfy his acting acumen. In a statement to the media, Venkatesh says that he is ready to take on different roles in his upcoming films and also does not mind if his chosen project is not a success at the box office. Venkatesh will play a villain for the first time in his more than two decades career in Tollywood.

‘Nagavalli’ which sees the debut of the villain Venkatesh is the sequel to his 2005 blockbuster film ‘Chandramukhi’. What is more interesting than the fact that he will be playing a negative character in the upcoming film is the fact that he is surrounded by a couple of beauties from the South Indian film industry. But Venkatesh refuses to accept that he is playing a negative character! The actor is of the opinion that his role is that of a villain but that villain is very lovable!

Reports from the Tollywood industry claim that their favorite actor Venky is actually playing three roles in one film. Quiz him on that and all that the actor reveals is that we will have to wait for the film to release. ‘Chandramukhi’ being a raging hit, ‘Nagavalli’ has already generated attention from all quarters and is expected to run to packed theaters once the film releases. The fact that they will get to see Venkatesh in a new avatar is keeping the audience waiting all the more. Apart from ‘Nagavalli’, the actor has also signed ‘Savithri’, another film where we will see a different Venkatesh.
