Here’s something latest we hear from the unit of Gowtham Menon’s Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya. The film was supposed to hit screens on February 14 on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. And now, the producers have apparently decided to postpone the film’s release to following week.

As known earlier, February will have whole lot of releases- Amish Kumar’s Asal, Vishal starrer Theeradha Vilayattu Pillai, Karthi’s Paiyya and Venkat Prabhu’s Goa. Undoubtedly, with so many results set forth in time, the producers have planned to release VTV at the favorable time.

Moreover, Gowtham Menon has been publicizing the film with ‘A.R. Rahman’ factors so as to attract the international audiences. To be precise, the official annoucement of Rahman’s ‘Na Na’ in Couples Retreat for academy awards and his Slumdog Millionaire contention at Grammy Awards may furthermore add-up to the film’s publicity.
