I see so many talented people slogging like donkeys: Amita Pathak

Having a producer dad helps, agrees Amita. Quiet straight forward lady, Kumar Mangat’s daughter did not go through the hardship which a person without any contacts would go through otherwise. She says “I see so many talented people slogging like donkeys every day to make a mark in the industry and so many people fading away with unfulfilled wishes”.

Amita is playing the role of Sanjana in the movie. She says the role is a cakewalk for her as she could relate it.

“We have so much of talent but they can hardly make it big as they don’t have contacts. I’m really lucky that my father is a producer and I got people to support me” says Amita.

Haal-e-Dil may be a film on the romance genre with a similar looking plot that of a love triangle, the cast of the film says the story has a refreshing twist.

Nakuul plays the character of Shekhar, a charming guitarist who has his way with girls. “I play a character that falls in love instantly with every girl but fails to say the right thing at the vital time. Through the film he matures as a person and how his priorities change. Well it may seem to many that what can be new to a romantic film that has a love triangle but Haal-e-Dil is very refreshing, it has a dramatic twist to the story that will engage the audiences. The second half of the film is a different journey altogether, very different from the other films that we have seen on this theme.”
