Amidst the whirlwind promotions of his soon-to-be-released show ‘The Freelancer,’ Mohit is also embracing the blissful joys of fatherhood for the first time. In terms of his professional ventures, Mohit is teaming up with the acclaimed Neeraj Pandey for the much-awaited series ‘The Freelancer.’ Venturing into new terrain, Mohit will portray a Mercenary, a character type he’s exploring for the first time.
This thrilling series derives its inspiration from the novel ‘A Ticket to Syria’ penned by Shirish Thorat. With Bhav Dhulia helming the director’s chair and Friday Storytellers producing the show, Neeraj Pandey wears multiple hats as the Creator and Showrunner. The cast list also boasts notable names such as Sushant Singh, John Kokken, Gauri Balaji, Navneet Malik, Manjiri Faddnis, and Sarah Jane Dias, among others.
Fans can eagerly await the premiere of ‘The Freelancer’ on Disney+ Hotstar, slated for a September 1 release.
