It does not take long to throw an actor off the bench, for his acting skills. The media and the audience has been ruthless to him despite his fairly good performances Taxi Number 921, Kabul Express or for that matter Water which was being much talked about to go to the Oscars.
So much for that, it was reported that Kareena had mentioned on one of the telly programmes that he has an ‘expression-less’ face. Now that is one reason that John has to take things seriously. So he has decided to do what he is best at, which is showing off his hot bod.
John has taken the first step towards this in his forthcoming Karan Johar movie ‘Dostana.’ There is news that he has shed almost all his clothes bereft the yellow trunks, which is being shown in the promos. Yellow Trunks! That color is definitely bright enough to keep the Censor Board happy.
During the shoot of Dostana, John has been working out under the guidance of fitness expert Mike Ryan who was brought over all the way from LA. It is said that the person behind the baring it all act for the movie was KJ’s idea! Considering Abhishek cannot be chosen for the task with his not so fit figure, the only other person who could be chosen for the act was John.
John on the other hand is very happy about the people’s reaction to his bare-it-all act. After the promos, he has become a gay icon and John is not very disturbed, but is all enthusiastic about it and is ready to go nude if the role requires him to do so. He says that he has no hangups about it, and his modelling background has made it easier for him to be at ease for such acts.
Hope John does not decide to do a bare-it-all act for all his forthcoming movies but instead concentrates on something else too called ‘acting’!
