Now this one’s a high voltage socio-political drama based on one of the most controversial policies of caste based ‘reservations’ in government jobs and educational institutions.
Like the majority of Jha’s films, it takes on issues about the society and political affairs of India.
But will the aam junta ‘reserve’ their seats in their nearest cinema hall to catch a glimpse of this one ? .

“The title ‘AARAKSHAN’ adds up to Number 21 – this octave of Number 3 is symbolized by the picture of ‘the Universe’, and it is also called ‘the Crown of the Magi’. It is a number of advancement, honors, elevation in life and general success. It means victory after a long fight, for ‘the Crown of the Magi’ is only gained after long initiation and tests of determination. It is a fortunate number of promise, if it appears in connection with future events however, one must be prepared for the long fight” explains Bhavikk.
“Going by the meaning of it, it seems the battle will prove to be a ‘victorious’ one for the makers and the artists working in this film” predicts Bhavikk.
He continues “The year 2011 has been proving lucky for most Number 1, 2, 4 and 7 people and the cast comprising of Mr.Amitabh Bachchan (11th October 1942), Saif Ali Khan (16th August 1970) and Prateik Babbar (28th November 1986) are a part of it”.
“Running in his 43rd year, Manoj Bajpayee (23rd April 1969) is going through a great phase as his ‘destiny’ number also adds up to Number 7 (Ketu), while Deepika Padukone’s ‘stars’ (read luck) in her 26th year (5th January 1986) are also favorable”.
“Expect universal appreciation and critical acclaim for their individual work and also as a team once the film hits the theatres this Friday”.
