NDTV Lumière under its ‘Experience Cannes’, seven day cinematic treat of highly acclaimed and handpicked contemporary films from Festival de Cannes showcased the award winning film The Class to the media and present celebs at PVR Phoenix Mills. The ‘Experience Cannes‘ film festival shall be held from May 8th to 14th at PVR Cinemas in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore and each day a different movie shall be screened at 1 pm.
Amongst the celebrities present for The Class show was noted writer Shobha De, who appreciated NDTV Lumiere’s efforts for holding the film festival. Other celebrities present at the event were music director Suleiman of Salim-Suleiman fame, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na girl Manjiri Phadnis, singer Shweta Pandit, Kitu Gidwani, Ramesh and Kiran Sippy, Rohan Sippy, and filmmakers Sudhir Mishra and Ketan Mehta. Rock On actor Luke Kenny was seen having a good time enjoying his beer and later on the movie as well.

True to its name the movie The Class which is incidentally a winner of the Palme d’Or at the 2008 Festival de Cannes was a truly classy affair.
