With Abbas-Mustan as directors ,audiences can expect some heavy duty action and with such grueling shoot schedules there is bound to be injury on the sets –However the starcast on board the film shot in spite of injuries and tough weather conditions.
Apart from shooting in sub-zero temperatures in Russia which left him with frost bites, Neil Nitin Mukesh also shot with a fractured finger for over 2 weeks.
Confirms director Abbas, “ Neil’s finger was in bad shape and the doctor recommended operation. A very heavy object fell on his finger during a fight scene and though we did not think it would get so bad, by the end of that day he was in a lot of pain.”
However, Neil being the professional that he is, insisted on shooting and not inconveniencing the team of the film.
“ Neil somehow convinced the make- up artistes to cover the injury so it wouldn’t be visible. He waited for another 15 days post the injury to be able to fix the damage.” adds the director.
