Salman Khan has always been fascinated with look-alikes of his lady loves. After his break up with a certain Miss Rai, he went around promoting Dia Mirza and more so Ash clone, Sneha Ullal. It’s another matter that he couldn’t help save the careers of these dames at all.
Now that he’s in a ‘high pressure’ relationship with Katrina Kaif (well, they don’t show it but that seems to be the case with reports of fights and disagreements every now and then!), he’s busy promoting a Kat look-alike.
The buzz is that Kat was missing from the promotional event of ‘Yuvraaj’ and this babe acted as his arm candy. Some of his family members were also present at the event.
Now this lady’s uncanny resemblance to Katrina Kaif has been noticed by many. Her name is Zarine Khan and she’s his leading lady in his next flick ‘Veer’. In fact it was Sallu who chose her.
He spotted her when she was acting as Katrina’s body double in the disastrous ‘Yuvvraaj’.
A new entrant is usually kept away from the media spotlight but Salman showcased Zarine at the event and wanted to know whether she looked like Katrina or not! Must say, this guy is really good at acting ‘different’ at times.
According to a source, “Salman had an exclusive trial for close family and friends at Globus on Thursday night. Salman introduced Zarine to everyone present, but he also kept asking them if she looked like Katrina. The two seemed very comfortable with each other.”
We wonder if she’ll actually end up replacing Kat in Sallu’s life.
