Yashodhan has reasons to celebrate. His show ‘Woh rehnewaali mehlon ki’ is heading to complete its 1000 episodes on 17 June. Another reason to rejoice is that he has become a face of lord Shiva for shiv bhakts.
He has essayed lord Shiva in his first serial ‘Om namah shivay’. The recognition that he has received from this show is only one of its kind. He has encountered so many Shiva devotees who treated him like god even after the show is off-air. “Initially I use to get embarrassed but now I have realized it is not me who they worship but the attire of lord Shiva. Their devotion is so strong that they see their god in me for the fact that I sport the accessories that solely belongs to the lord†he shares.
Completion of 1000 episodes of ‘Woh rehnewaali mehlon ki’ has taken him on cloud nine. This is indeed a good achievement for the serial as well as the artistes associated with the show. Yashodhan Rana, as Dharam from ‘woh…’expresses, “I am very happy for the completion of 1000 episodes. I am glad to be a part of Rajshri productions. I am working in the serial from last one year and I have realized that the characters are very human. Even the character involved in creating hassles in protagonist’s life does have some positives and that keeps viewers hooked with the show. I hope we continue to entertain our viewers for another 1000 episodesâ€.
