There is a trend of double meaning songs these days. Would she like to lend her voice to such tracks?
Kanika said:
I don’t like abusive songs. I find them very low… unless it’s part of a script, I will not do it. I will not sing songs which have bad meaning.
The singer, who doesn’t have any backup from the industry, says her journey so far has been great.
It’s been a very interesting journey and it has been a huge struggle for me. I have been singing since I was 8. I still have a long way to go.
