The portal www.malayalamcinemanews.com is an interactive one, which will offer complete information on the newly released Malayalam movies and also those movies made by the association’s members. ITV Company has designed the portal and it will be very useful for the moviebuffs.
Sabu Cheriyan, the secretary of the association said that they have found it quite essential to launch a comprehensive website in this age of internet to promote the Malayalam movies. The portal will offer separate links of the latest released Malayalam movies and also their box office updates. It also has a section called ‘On theatre’, which will guide about the screening of the desired movie in theaters of a particular city.
Sabu further informed that the stills and images of the new movies will be available at the ‘Image gallery’ section and the songs and videos of the new movies can be watched at the ‘Video Gallery’ section. He added that the latest film news and other progress in Mollywood will also be available in the portal.
The portal was launched by Malayalam megastar Mammootty in presence of the representatives of AMMA and FEFKA.
