Challenge Was To Created Something New Says Sidharth Malhotra

Actor Sidharth Malhotra says that actual challenge is to create something new and from the scratch, his new avatar in Jabariya Jodi is an attempt in that direction.
The team Jabariya JodiParineeti Chopra, Sidharth Malhotra along with cast and crew graced the trailer launch of Jabariya Jodi here in Mumbai.

Directed by Prashant Singh, the film is based on instances of Pakadwa Shaadi which is prevalent in northern states of Bihar and is the whole story behind this film.
Talking about his new Bihari avatar in the film and challenges he faced prepping for the role, actor Sidharth Malhotra said, “I think challenge is something that, to take a role which is new and create something from the scratch. I don’t think audience has seen us (sidharth-parineeti) before with this sort of language, nuance or attire. We have worked in many films and with many different directors, and now I was thinking what is that people aren’t expecting from you?”
“So I think Jabariya Jodi is something which is an attempt from both of us, for audience to see us in a different world, with different language and setting in a romantic comedy, which is fun” added Sidharth.
The film also stars Javed Jaffrey, Sanjai Mishra, Aparshakti Khurana, Ruslaan Mumtaz, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Neeraj Sood, Arfi Lamba, Sharad Kapoor and many more.
The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Shailesh R Singh and bankrolled under the banner Balaji Motion and Zee Studios is all set to hit the silver screens this August 2, 2019.
