After sharing the screen in many hits movies – Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan are paired in the forthcoming slice of life drama Good News. The duo has kick-started the shooting for the film but not before taking a 10 Year challenge photo.
Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor shared screen space in Kambakkht Ishq in 2009 and the duo is working again in Good News, exactly ten years later.
Action superstar Akshay Kumar shared a photo of himself and Kareena from their 2009 release, Kambakkht Ishq, along with a photo of them from the sets of Good News, recreating the same pose. Dharma Production’s upcoming film Good News stars Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in lead roles. The film is being helmed by Raj Mehta.
Good News will mark Kareena and Diljit’s second collaboration post Udta Punjab and its theme revolves around pregnancy.
The film, which was initially scheduled to release in July, will now hit theatres on September 6.
