After Kapil Sharma, now actress Archana Puran Singh and Kiku Sharda have been roped in to dub Zeta and Leonard in Hindi for Angry Birds Movie 2.
“The Kapil Sharma Show” team including Kapil Sharma, Judge Archana Puran Singh and comedian Kiku Sharda will be dubbing the Hindi version of the forthcoming Angry Birds 2.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on social media. He wrote, “Kapil Sharma team members join Kapil for #Hindi version of #TheAngryBirdsMovie2… Archana Puran Singh [#Zeta] and Kiku Sharda [#Leonard] to do voice overs… Kapil to do the voice over for #Red… 23 Aug 2019 release in #Hindi, #English, #Tamil and #Telugu. #AngryBirdsMovie2”
The Angry Birds franchise has been a hit amongst Indian audiences with the previous instalment being a super success at the Indian box office. For its sequel, which is releasing on 23rd August in India, Sony Pictures Entertainment India has roped in Kapil Sharma to voice the hot-headed bird ‘Red’ for the film in India along with Archana Puran Singh and Kiku Shrada.
Confirming the news about Kapil Sharma, the official handle of Sony Pictures India wrote, “The king of comedy @KapilSharmaK9, dons a new avatar as he gives his voice to the comical Red in #AngryBirdsMovie2! This is sure to be a laugh riot. #KapilSharmaAngryBird”
The Angry Birds, based on the popular game of the same name, brings the story of Red and his friends onto the silver screen in a hilarious manner.
Sony Pictures Entertainment India releases The Angry Birds Movie 2 on 23rd August 2019 in Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu.
