Check Out the Trailer Of Mowgli

Published on

We all know “The Jungle Book” and now comes the darker and dangerous version of the book, titled Mowgli. The trailer is out and it’s exciting and fascinating.

Indian origin actor Rohan Chand will be seen portraying the confused but brave Mowgli with Matthew Rhys, and Freida Pinto. The film features motion capture performances by Cate Blanchett, Naomie Harris in addition to Benedict Cumberbatch(Shere Khan), Christian Bale (Bagheera), and Serkis himself as Baloo.
The official Twitter handle of the film dropped the first trailer last night on social media. They captioned it, “Watch the new trailer for #Mowgli starring Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Freida Pinto”
The story follows the upbringing of the human child Mowgli (Rohan Chand) raised by a pack of wolves in the jungles of India. As he learns the often-harsh rules of the jungle, under the tutelage of a bear named Baloo (Andy Serkis) and a panther named Bagheera (Christian Bale), Mowgli becomes accepted by the animals of the jungle as one of their own, except by one; the fearsome tiger Shere Khan (Benedict Cumberbatch). But there may be greater dangers lurking in the jungle, as Mowgli comes face to face with his human origins.
The movie features Rohan Chand, Matthew Rhys and Freida Pinto as actors along with voices from Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Benedict Cumberbatch, Naomie Harris, Andy Serkis, Tom Hollander, Peter Mullan, Eddie Marsan and Jack Reynor.
The movie releases on 19th October 2018.
