Finally Farhan Akhtar unveils the trailer of his upcoming movie “Lucknow Central” on digital media and it is unique!

In the film, Farhan plays the role of Kishen Mohan Girhotra, an aspiring Bhojpuri singer who is a big fan of Manoj Tiwari. He stays in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. He finally gets an opportunity of meet Manoj, but his bodyguard manhandled Kishen and threw the CD recording which the actor made for Manoj.
One thing leads to another, Farhan ends up with murder charges and is sent to jail where Ronit Roy is the jailor and has grey shades in his character.
Blessing walks in for Kishen, when Diana Penty walks in, she gives an opportunity to Lucknow Central jail inmates to form a band. Now, as Farhan is a singer, he creates a band with Gippy Grewal, Deepak Dobriyal, InaamUlHaq and Rajesh Sharma.
But, his actual plan is to escape from the jail with the help of his music and inmates.
The dramatic narrative of Lucknow Central portrays how Kishen’s life progresses in jail and how music becomes an intricate part of not only his journey, but the rest of the band’s as well.
Ranjit Tiwari directorial Lucknow Central opens in theatres on 15th September 2017.
